Airport Shuttle Transfers
Lucky Rentals Free Airport Transfer
A free transfer is available to or from the airport on the day of pick up and drop off of the vehicle, this service runs on the hour between 10am and 3pm only. Please note that the shuttle also serves Happy Campers.
Auckland Airport
PLEASE NOTE THE FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE ONLY OPERATES FROM THE TRANSPORT PICK-UP ZONE LOCATED AT THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL. IF YOU ARE ARRIVING ON A DOMESTIC FLIGHT MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL.
International Terminal: Lucky Rentals airport transfers are available from the Transport Pick-up Zone located at the international terminal.
To find the Transport Pick-up Zone, exit the international terminal via Door 4 and cross the roads and follow the covered walkway. There is clear signage to guide you to the Hotel/Transport shuttles. The walk is approximately 5 minutes.
Domestic Terminal: We do not offer a transfer to or from the domestic terminal. You will need to use the free airport shuttle to transfer between terminals.
Christchurch Airport
International and Domestic Terminals: The shuttle arrives at the Rental Car transfer zone. Please make your way to Door 2 in the Domestic Terminal and follow the signs to the Rental Car transfer zone.
1 October - 30 April (Summer)
The shuttle is a schedule service that arrives on the hour between 10am and 3pm, per below:

You do not need call to us to advise that you require a collection.
You will need to make your own arrangements for transfers outside of the above times.
1 May - 30 September (Winter)
Lucky Rentals airport transfers service to and from the airport runs between 10am and 3pm on an on-demand basis.
Once you have collected your baggage and cleared through customs please call 0800 808 881 to arrange your collection.
Accommodation
We do not offer collection and drop off to/from your accommodation.
Drop Off
On drop off please allow an extra 45 minutes to process your drop off and get you to the airport, especially at peak traffic times.
